About me

My name is Sofia Iosifidou.I was born in Athens in 1992 and lived permanently on the island of Salamis for the last 18 years of my life.From a very young age I was fascinated by art,while at the same time it influenced my perceptions and the way I see and manage my life.As i was growing up I learned to talk less and express myself more.In 2013 I started to do the pole dancing as an amateur sport and at the same time i had great enthusiasm to study athletic ability and the anatomy of human movement.In 2016 i started to deal with competitions and festivals.In 2017 the pole dancing became a livelihood as i became owner of pole studio.In the following years of my life with patience,faith and discipline i managed to win several medals in championships.

All this brought me to today,to teach art, love and respect for our body.
